[done][Feature Request] Crouch hold

I find the toggle quite irritating. And making - and + aliases for these doesn't work correctly. For example, if you jump and try crouching it confuses it and makes you uncrouch only when you hold the button down.

It still needs some fine tuning. Unfortunately I don't get what you exactly want.

Hold a binded button down to crouch basicly, instead of pressing it once to toggle it on and off.
