I quite like having sprites kept out of the floor, but at times the anti-clipping can look very bad. Especially with puffs or explosions that may be partway into the floor, and their center seems to move as the animation continues.
A flag that prevents the ator's sprites from being clip-adjusted would be ideal.
FORCESPRITECLIPPING would probably be a good name for it. Certainly no worse length-wise than the billboarding flags.

Should it be an actor flag, or couldn't it rather be a GLDEFS thing?

Re: [Decorate] Actor Flag to Disable Sprite Clipping Adjustm
As with billboarding options, it would be more convenient for me as an actor flag.
I also tend to prefer Light() over binding lights through GLDefs.
Perhaps as something to look at later, both billboarding and clipping could get overrides in GLDefs, so one can modify the visual properties of existing actors, without changing their code directly.
