for me, I use 3.1, and it works, and my 3.0 came with a Trojan horse(probably through my connection, but I only found it in my 3.0 zip and unzipped folder) but are you sure you downloaded it from the right place? try it again or check your antivirus log to see if 3.1 was given a false positive

I downloaded ZDL 3.1 on both of my computers and when I download it and extract the zipfile all I get is a read me change log thing, I dont get the launcher .exe, Can somone help me with this or tell me where to download v3.0?
