Yeah, but that's for bugs in the program itself, not for issues with downloading or extracting it.

I didn't think so, however the 'Bugs may be posted here.' link in the GZDoom SVN webpage led me here.

No, it is right. It extracts correctly and all. It's smaller because accidentally I left 7zip configured to compress in LZMA mode, so whatever software you used might not support it. In deflate mode, it rises to 2 324 476 bytes. I'll reupload a deflate archive over it.

Also, this is definitely not a GZDoom bug. When you have issues like this, put the thread in the SVN forum instead.
