I watched through the first few minutes, but had to get back to work. I'll check it out later when I have more time.

I was 3 years old when that thing was filmed.

@Enjay: It's "You'Ve Got To Eat Your Vegetables", not like you said. :P

I've never seen this before, myself. And when this was filmed I was only in the 3rd grade. ^^

Anyway, yeah, quite some interesting stuff on here. It's given me an idea for another project, a hopefully simple one, but one that people might enjoy.

I hadn't seen it before. There is some really cool stuff on display there. Interesting how Doom stuttered loading all those "huge" graphics. :) I love all the ooohs and aaahs during the Doom gameplay. I serves as a reminder just how impressive Doom was when it came out.

"You better eat your vegetables."

John Romero recently posted on his blog a VHS recording that was made by Dan Linton while making a visit to id Software during Doom's development. In this, you can see what the offices of id Software were like at the time, and you also get an early preview of what Doom was like before it was released. If you've ever played the Press-Release beta, you'll see a lot of similarities, but the version demonstrated in this video was different in a number of ways. You can see what some of the levels looked like before they were released. Also notable in this video is Bobby Prince.
