Vitamin A isn't dispensed of hardly at all, D is a bit better but its not something you should go about consuming large amounts of. Most forms of B are just a fat (the particular B you get 3000% of from Rockstar is B 12 and that just plain is a fat), and even the ones that arent are still very hard to overdose on. Vitamin C is almost impossible to overodose on, requiring almost 5000% daily for many days.

I'm a testament to the fact that nothing in Rockstar can cause any serious medical harm. I drink at least 24oz a day, usually more (3000% of Vitamin B12 would be from drinking 120oz, which I know I've done more than a few times).

I've tried everything at least once but the only thing I like and refuse to stop taking is weed. I also drink about a gallon of water a day but thats different.

Yup, same here. That and all sorts of drinks to lose the neutral taste of water-tea is preferred, but I don't mind fruit juices.
