Go look in GZDoom.pk3 with XWE and scroll down to the very end, you'll find something very interesting. :D

things.h.txt?

So like... how can I use this? It does look interesting but I can't seem to figure out how to actually make use of this.

So does this mean I can actually use DECORATE to modify Player and Blood, among other things?

things.h.txt is an include file for FraggleScript.

The real interesting things by now are the doomarmor.txt, doomartifacts.txt and so on... still waiting for doommonsters.txt so you can actually change the behaviour of original doom monsters directly with the DECORATE files?! :)

I have already found a decorate bug that wasn't there before. I was running doom3 weapons mod and I get "}=" is not valid.
