If your resolution is set to 320x200, then I believe I might know what's causing those artifacts - it's because you're physically resizing the window. You're not supposed to do that - if you want a larger screen, just increase the screen resolution, or else run in fullscreen mode.

Wildweasel is right, I just tried to resize a 320x200 window and recieved similar artifacting.

I think WW is right, considering the dimensions of the window. (1140x829)

WTF, I could have sworn I replied just a couple hours ago. Well, I guess it somehow gone.
I wanted to say thanks for the help.
Though when resizing the screen, for me, things seem less smooth, more choppy and overall slower. But I guess that's normal. Right?

You mean, increasing the resolution (to, say, 1024x768 through the video settings menu)? That's perfectly normal.

http://www.ati.com/products/radeonxpress200/index.html :
3D Gaming
The Radeon® Xpress 200 is the first chipset with a graphics processor that let you play the latest game titles on DirectX™ 9 and OpenGL™ technology. For serious gaming fun and competitive play, you can upgrade your performance with an additional ATI graphics card and give yourself the winning edge.
So, your motherboard has an integrated graphic card perfectly efficient, and fully opengl compatible.
But... 320x200 is NOT to be selected.
Select higher resolution, at least 1024x768, and don't forget to select eventually, if needed, a correct frequency for your screen (for example, mine is using 70 Hz for a resolution of 1280x1024 (Proview digital screen)
But Ati is warning you that, if you want performance, you must add an additionnal graphic card.
The integrated one will let you play with a low efficiency, but it will work.
