Not all of them. In fact, Metroid Prime would be really weird on a mouse and keyboard.
Besides, you can get mice and keyboards for most consoles, and many console FPS' support them (Quake 3 on the PS2, for example).

The point I think beyond it just being cool to have your favorites ported to gaming systems is the idea of portable network parties.
Instead of having to lug around your huge PC (if you go to LAN parties that is), you can instead just bring over your little dinky consoles.
I dunno why we obsess over such things but it's fun. Guess you gotta be a born again nerd.

The only reason I could see for a PSP port is the same for a port to Java (blargh) or the .NET framework (BLARGH!!): To see if could be done.

If you wanna try to port it to PSP, go ahead. Nobody is stopping you.
...good luck, though.

I'm going to hop in and mention the PSP can do 333mhz at the expense of raised power usage, and my PC did ZDoom base at 433mhz.
EDIT: Sorry for necroposting, but I didn't notice until after I'd posted how long it'd been <<

That's okay, it's pretty easy to deal with thread necromancy.
