This does look pretty neat. I like the nods to the Alpha versions too (the sandwich, the captain's hand...)

Quite nice, but that severed hand image is in dire need of replacement. It's so ugly.

However, nice blood effects on that unique dead marine. Does that sprite (the upper body of the marine) have rotations, or does it sit entirely in a blood pool?

Also, I think the red-colored lighting should be toned down, it's far too intense (or does it flash, as an alarm light would? That'd be cool).

In my opinion captain's hand look's cool. The red-colored lightning is a flash of alarm in Hangar. Dead marine is just sprite from Alpha version. I create lots of dead marines, but a still need a good graphics for dead scientists.

Check out the dead scientists in Zen Dynamics... which were ripped from one of Enjay's wads (Marine Assault or an old version of Operation Overlord, I'd assume), which in turn were ripped from Blake Stone.
