Without -file it treats the extension as an identifier.

.wad gets loaded as WAD, .deh as Dehacked patch and .lmp as demo. Everything else gets ignored.

Success! I wouldn't have guessed myself the the MODEL name has to be the same as the ACTOR name

How do you think the model gets assigned to the actor?

I hope the reason for half the model being gone is because it isn't fully implemented. I made a (really awful) test model and the location of the skin is very wrong in-game but it's fine in the modeler?! Is this my fault somehow? I also modified a quake 2 barrel and it's skin is fine. Summon "q2_barrel" and "zoid" to check it out
