I finished remaking two of the SWAT Lizard sprites, the Assault Shotgun SWAT Lizard and the Tactical Pistol SWAT Lizard. The first SWAT Lizard basically acts like the one from ICD-Lizard, the second one, however, acts differently. He now uses a Riot Shield. Fortunately for the players, they don't hold them up for too long. The SWAT Lizards have around 150 - 200 Health. That shouldn't be too much, right? These guys replace the Hell Knights.
The third and last SWAT Lizard uses the .45 Machine Pistol rather than the MP5. I haven't started making the sprites for this guy yet.

I just finished the sprite replacement for the new SWAT Lizard armed with the .45 MachinePistol. It's the revamped version of the MP5 SWAT Lizard. I might take some screenshots soon.
I'll have to make the Demon replacement and Cacodemon replacement soon. I already mentioned what the Demon might be. The Cacodemon's going to be a revamped Heli-Lizard.

I'm trying to fix the weaponlist. Here it is so right now:
SLOT 1: COMBATKNIFE, KATANA
SLOT 2: .45PISTOL, 9MMPISTOL, MAGNUM
SLOT 3: COMBATSHOTGUN, HANDCANNON
SLOT 4: SMG, AKIMBOSMGS
SLOT 5: MACHINEPISTOL, ASSAULTSHOTGUN
SLOT 6: EXAR-1, INFANTRYRIFLE
SLOT 7: GRENADES, RPG-7
SLOT 8: HEAVYMACHINEGUN
SLOT 9: FLAMETHROWER
SLOT 0: CHARGECANNON
I put the EXAR-1 and INFANTRYRIFLE back in SLOT 6 and the explosives weapons in SLOT 7. The .45Machinepistol and Assaultshotgun are now in their own slot (SLOT 5). That should reduce the clutter of the weapon slots. What do you guys think? Is this a good weapon order? I personally think it works out.

You know, I always wanted a silenced weapon in this mod. So I changed the Machine Pistol's graphics and stats so now it's got a silencer. But the problem is that I still like the Machine Pistol the way it is (IE I like the shooting sound effect). Also, one of the SWAT Lizards already uses the Machine Pistol and that doesn't have the silencer and I don't want to have to go around and fix all of the sprites for it.
Is there a way for me to have it where I can press the secondary function button and have it so that the player can equip a silencer to the Machine Pistol. Think of it as the USP from Counterstrike. You know where you can press the secondary fire function in that game and it'll go to an animation where the player is attaching a silencer? Would it be possible for me to do that with DECORATE?
If that's not possible, what should I do?

It's possible but messy. Basically, you'll need to have a duplicate set of frames in the Machine Pistol for the silencer and do checks at every animation for the silencer being equipped.

Ah geez. Sounds complicated... The good news is that I already made duplicate frames of the Machine Pistol with the Silencer attached. So I guess the coding is gonna be a real pain in the ass... damn.
Well, I guess my only options are either:
- (A)have it so that it's a new weapon and I can switch between them
(B)I can have it so that the Backpack or some other item gives you a Silencer and that would replace the Machine Pistol with the Silenced Machine Pistol.
I don't want to go with the first option so maybe I can do the second option. Alright, so if I decide go with the second option, how would I be able to pull that off?

Well, while I'm waiting for some help with the Silenced Machine Pistol, here's a pic of it along with one of the SWAT Lizards.
Yes, he can use the Shield. I kinda want to change the position of the SMP. I might end up editing the graphics alot more. I dunno...

The perspective on that gun looks a little off to me... but at the same time I don't see that being a problem, so I'm not sure what to think.

I think it's the Silencer. It looks a bit lopsided. I'll fix it when i get the chance.

Um, so I'm kinda taking a short break from making the enemies for The Exterminator. I'm gonna go make an Announcer wad for Skulltag. I'm about 30% finished with the voices. All I'm gonna do is replace the voices and add in a few skins. That's about it.
Aside from that, I did work on the Cacodemon replace earlier this week. It's gonna be Heli-Lizard (remade of course).

Ahh, the return of the Heli-Lizard, awesome, just awesome. It's good to see that you're still actively modding. If I could say one thing, it's that I hope the new enemies you were making have high amounts of hitpoints, I found that the autoshotgun makes short work of the current monsters.

I've upped everyone's health by 5 - 10 HP from the original monsters' health. I'll probably end up changing the strength of the Assault Shotgun too. Then again, maybe it's fair that the SWAT Lizard using it can also do as much damage as you can with it (which is really hefty).
As for Heli-Lizard, he'll pretty much act like the ICD-Lizard version. He shoots you. You kill him and his explosion will hurt you or anyone else near by.
I'm glad there are people who are interested in my mods.

Haha, of course, I've been playing your Lizard mods for quite some time. I'm really looking forward to this release, heh
