This might be rejected for recycled sprites, but I gotta try.
I bring you a USAS12 AutoShotgun. Complete with Puff Sparks, and Ejecting Shells and the ejecting magazine. Sounds and Sprites pulled from Zen-Dynamics.
I would estimate this to be on powerlevel 3: Chaingun and Plasmagun Equivalent.

On my pass through, it seems to have plenty of power without overly dominating the other shotguns. Its firing speed is so high that it makes little difference, except that it tends to eat a few more shells.
Perhaps you might want to tinker around with that tommy gun sprite some so it doesn't look like a tommy gun anymore. You could start with a wider drum casing.
