how do u like get those awasome ligthing effects and like the floors that look polished?? please help me

Blackfish is saying you should find a screenshot to demonstrate what you're talking about, since your posts are both very vague and general.

However, documentation exists for the following:

• Dynamic Lights
• Reflective Floors (which is the polished floor I believe you are referring to
• GZDoom Skyboxes (which I believe are the skies you mentioned).

Also, you should know that you should at least be familiar with the basics of editing for ZDoom / GZDoom before attempting any of these features. Start small and work your way up.
