DRD Team

Two things happened at drdteam.org in last few days:

1. The sad thing
Lutrov71 notified me that he lost interest in Doom and so he won't update his Doom waddery anymore and asked me to delete it. However, he also said that he might eventually return in future.

2. The happy thing
There's a new entry in the drdteam.org's hostees list: Tormentor667's Realm667. Tormentor just finished his new GZDoom map, Sapphire, so download it and play it .

Argh, sad thing about Lutty there I hope the 1024 competition is still on despite his leaving.

Good stuff about Torm though That's one helluva mapper. Took me a play through this Sapphire map to realise his mind isn't as detailed as I tought. It also plays very well. Cheers

That really sucks that Lutrov is gone, he was cool.

Oh yes: fabulous work, man!!! And now, I have an entry for GZW...
So, your work is the very first pwad made for GZDoom available at GZW (I mean: it's one of the "selected" wads. The download is still from your site, of course).
Please, no comment about GZW (it's not yet public, and it's not the correct area to talk about it)

I dunno much about him, besides that his name is Thomas Lutrov, he plays a rock band and lives in Australia (somewhere near Deathz0r I believe)

Too bad that he left when 1024 contest was! damn maybe someone will make next 1024 contest! but who....

Ok... So, I made my own search: here is a RIP's thread (lol)

He didn't post that much, but he released 4 wads
There is another wad made by the man: Danger - Offboard made on 3/14/04.
And there is also Congestion1024, where he was the Team Leader and the author of the Map11 and of the concept of the Map30.
He made also the map06 for CC2 (Community Chest 2) and some of its graphics.

Everyone from Australia gets 10 bonus points due to Mad Max, and 5 more because the Fallout Series is based Heavily off of Mad Max
