Gzdoom shows up in JK2/3?

Well this was strange. I went to go play my copy of Jedi Knight 2 and clicked on mods and saw this. See attachment to see what Im talking about.

Apparently it lists all PK3 files it finds without checking for content. It's the only explanation I have.

Heh. Quake 3 does the same.
