DooM Fireworks!

make fireworks with your plasma gun!
- drop the console and type "freeze", hit enter and close console
- with your plasmagun out, continually fire adn draw out your design
- drop the console again and type "freeze", hit enter and close console again

I like just turning on sv_infiniteammo, freezing, and flying around maddeningly while holding fire with the plasmagun. Then unfreezing and watching the sparklies move all over the place.

When I have a few minutes I want to fill with something mindless, I like going round levels in freeze mode and placing a rocket in front of every monster on the level. I try to make it so I place enough rockets to kill each enemy but I also try not be wasteful. It's also quite tricky because too close and the rocket explodes on the frozen enemy and damages you even though it freezes immediately afterwards. Anyway, once all my rockets are placed, I go back to the starting point and unfreeze. Then I check the kill counter to see if I got them all.
Of course, you can do it with other projectiles, but I like using the rockets myself.

Anybody remember Giest's "Ultimate Cheat"? I can't remember if he ever posted it anywhere but I do remember him telling me about it...

Personally, I like to use the Monster Resource Wad and do this:
alias lol "summonfriend maelstrom"
bind mouse3 lol
god
Then I run around the map (preferably a big one with lots of monsters) clicking the mousewheel. Remember, if you can still see the ground, there aren't enough Maelstroms!

That's the "Ultimate Cheat"? Heh, thats over-rated....Unless that's just another bind thing.
For Hell-Opps, I got's it so you can summon friendly Demon Cubes with a self-defined key. The Demon Cubes can kill a CyberDemon REALLY quickly and without it firing a single rocket if you summon about 10. It's fun in DeathMatch
