Nice rip, with the added bonus it fits the Doom palette pretty well as well.

Wow, what game is this from? I would definitely like to try this baby out.

I loves me a good Mossberg. :D It even has a cool looking pump and heatshield.

Hehe, very nice! I might see some use from this one. :P

One question though... did you rip this from a screenshot or did you use a model viewer of some sort? If you used the latter method, would you mind taking a shot with the weapon *almost* centered (still visibly on the right side but not too far from the center)? I very well could use this for something important. :P

Okay, so I downloaded the model from FPSB and loaded it into Jed's Half-Life Model Viewer. Then, with some tweaking and image manipulation, I was able to rip the model in a way that I liked.

Now, without further ado, I present to you the Mossberg pack! It inclues an idle, fire then pump and reload frames. You'll probably need to tweak these, as the images are kind of large, but I wanted to keep a decent level of detail.

Random, but does anyone know if there is a decent model viewer for Source models? Considering how well this turned out, I would like to rip some models from Source engine games.

I'm not sure exactly how to rip Source models. I know the Source Engine SDK includes a model viewer, but I can only get it to view models from the Half-Life 2 cache files.

If you want to rip models from CS Source or HLDM you have to set the SDK to the proper game.

As far as models outside of the game, elsewhere, I don't know. Try putting them in their proper game directory and see if they load.

yes thats how you do it. Choose css as the game after you've opened the source sdk and any skins in your actual css directory will be loaded instead of the defaults. :D

Sweet, I think this puts the Duke3D shotgun to shame.

That's okay, I'm sure it'll be put into good use anyway ;)
