Chex Quest personal mod crash

Chex Quest: Project Z
In this ZIP file I have made a mod for GZDooM. It contains all the neccesary components to run it. Playing the exe by itself (With a doom wad) is perfectly fine. But when you run the BAT file with the Chex WADs it freaks out with an unkown error message. I wanted a holidays release but it has been pushed back because of it. Please help fix my crash.
