3D Polyobjects?

I have yet to try this, but is it possible in GZDoom to use polyobjects realized in full 3D? I ask because this would, in essence, make it so that you could use moving sectors that could be stood on top of. It may be a dumb question and, of course, I haven't had the time to try this and probably won't until around the weekend, so I just figured I'd ask. Thanks, guys.

A polyobject is not a sector; contrarily to a common misconception. A polyobject is a moving column of void. The linedefs around a polyobject are necessarily one-sided.

Therefore, since a polyobject is not a sector, it cannot be a 3D sector either.
