Hi-res fonts?

Hey
Im currently making some new bars for weapons and hp in-game, but got some problems with resulutions and graphics. When i set my font in SBARINFO i get it work and all, but i wonder if there is anyway to have a hi-res font? My font is like 64X100 and the graphic on it sucks.. and if i make it bigger the whole screen will be filled up with it in-game also, is there anyway to put a hi-res bar in the game? Without making it bigger than i want.
