3d floor over 3d floor?

I remember trying this a few years back and gave up until i was browsing around the forum and someone asked the same question...and apparently answered it himself, too, but I'm not good at puzzles so could someone tell me exactly how i would put a 3d floor over another 3d floor?...besides this forum needs some new posts...imo.
