There's something strange about Chex Quest's E1M1 (chex3.wad and chex.wad), changing resolution here with the GL renderer makes textures turn black until you restart. If you change resolutions in E2M1 for example, then there is no problem. This doesn't happen with the software renderer.

Fullscreen and/or windowed?

Works for me without glitch in windowed mode.

What graphics card?

Fullscreen and windowed, the video card is an Nvidia Ge-Force 7900gs 256mb on Windows 7 Professional x64.

What happens if you tyoe 'gl_flush' at the console after the glitch?

I just tried typing it in the console (the ~ key right?) and it didn't do anything.

Yeah, and if it doesn't work you can use the last entry of the Options menu to go to the console.

Right, I meant "gl_flush" didn't do anything when I typed it in there.

Well now this is really strange, I updated the drivers on the laptop (GeForce Go 7900 gs) to 259.47 from 179.67 and the problem still exists, but on my desktop (GeForce 9500 GT) with 258.96 it works fine, both are Windows 7 x64.

I'm on Win7 Ultimate 64 bit and I have not seen this problem with any of my NVidia drivers (currently 258.96 - but I have also used others without issue). In fact, I haven't been aware of any NVidia driver issues since moving to Win7 (aside from one driver update where I didn't clear out the old driver properly).

I can't do anything here anyway.
