A Broken 7Z on SVN Builds?

7-Zip reports that it can't ipen gzdoom-r867.7z as an archive. I redownloaded it 3 more times but no luck.
It was also pointed out to me that it seems awfully small - 'tis true, size 1,445,888 while r365 is 2,252,624. An incomplete upload perhaps?
