Update KB2465367 for VS2K5 and KB2467174 for VS2K8 breaks compatibility for Win2K and 9x (reason). This isn't a problem if you dynamic link (/MD) but that isn't possible for (G)Zdoom.
Since there has been no complaints I assume this is a non issue.

Of course not. GZDoom doesn't use MFC.
