[BUG?] Commandline options don't work through Steam

Yeah for some reason they don't even though it goes straight to EXE as far as I can see.
-file something.pk3 simply doesn't work when put in launch options
EDIT: Just figured it out. Steam sets the Spear of Destiny folder as the main one not the /base/ where the game actually is.
It's similar to issue I had in (G)Zdoom sometime ago
