I couldn've sworn there was unofficial fix that "patched" the broken animation in W3D's files. Am I imagining things?

I may or may not have been made aware of a premade patch for this, but you just need to replace one of the L_GUY graphics with the other frame of animation which you can get from the shareware, spear of destiny, or any other version of Wolf3D. One of those so trivial things that even if someone told me they made a mod for it I wouldn't really keep the mental note.

Any programs I could use to do this? I tried several and I can never replace the file

EDIT: Managed to do it with WDC. Boy that sure was painful.

Heh. I actually edited the game files so I couldn't share it anyway. Makes it less tedious.

Huh. Never noticed that before. I'll add it to the sprite fixing project also.
