Stupid question but an it? I have a friend with no internet and a computer from 95. He loves to play doom 95 on it, but one day he saw me playing brutal doom. I explained to him how I was using GZDoom which lets you mod the game. He wanted to play it so he asked me if I could give it to him on a flash drive. I just wanna make sure so it doesn't fuck something up somehow if it doesn't work.

No. The toolchain to build GZDoom only targets XP and above. I also doubt that any OpenGL 2.x driver exists that is capable of running on Win 95. Last but not least, the sound libraries also need higher Windows versions.
