GZDoom download links may change

In order to move away from the forum attachments system for offering GZDoom and QZDoom downloads, I have moved their respective downloads to their archives on each of their home pages. Obviously, using old download links will cause "file not found" errors.
The reason for this move was because of issues with Dreamhost regarding phpBB's staying resident in memory during a download. This caused the site to hit the memory limit and caused a lot of those "Internal Server Errors" we've all been seeing.
Because of this, I am also putting restrictions on future attachments. Future QZDoom/GZDoom releases will be done differently.
