Using Flickering, Random Flickering, and Pulsing lights

Okay, I've been screwing around with dynamic lights, and the types listed in the title are giving me grief.

I know that the angle field is a hack to set up certain properties like flicker time, but I can't for the life of me figure out how it works, and as such I'm being forced to use nearly identical values when I want a non-static light in my levels. Sufficient, but boring.

Help on this please?

I, too, would like documentation on these features.

The only things that work for me are dynamic lights. Pulsing, flickering, etc don't work for me. They just don't work. They don't flicker or pulse or anything. :/

you have to use Thing_Activate to make them work

but when I use 'em I have to do thing_activate..... does it work for you Graf? maybe it was an old version or something......
