Error Report or something like that

Whatever happened to the little window that would pop up if GZDoom/ZDoom would fail to start, you know, the window that would show you were the error was in the DECORATE code. I tend to get several stupid errors (like ; insted of : and such). It seems like I get the window the first few times I get errors every time I load in a new verion of GZDoom, but then they just stop
