Question about some hitscan type attacks and the puff

Well, I'm not certain, but as Graf is usually correct about these things, and the speed is distance moved per tic*8, then to move 8 steps a tic, it would need a speed of 8*8, which is 64.

If you have a large map you can see the speed of the projectile. It's not instant for sure.

Yeah, thats what I thought. But When I put mine at that speed, it doesn't leave nearly as much of the particles....I wonder why...
