Animated textures

A while back when my project was just for Legacy, I was in the act of adding frames to some of the animated textures in DOOM.
I had to use some special program which I can't recall the name of anymore, but was wondering if this might just be easier in ZDOOM and perhaps maybe I might have the option to create all new animated textures rather than replace the old ones?

Yeah, ZDoom as GZDoom is capable of creating totally new animated textures. Just check the ZDoom Wiki for "ANIMDEFS" (wiki.zdoom.org)
