[fixed] No automap during invulnerability

During invulnerability, the automap does not show at all, and it doesn't matter whether it is overlay or the old-fashioned method. In case it matters, my videocard is an NVIDIA GeforceFX 5200 using Forceware 72.14. Also, do you think you could support OpenGL antialiased lines in the automap?

Make sure that the gl_useshaders CVAR is set to 0. This CVAR is just for testing purposes and if set to 1 will make the automap invisible.

Fixed anyway. For hires textures the use of shaders to create the invulnerability map works better than for lowres textures.

How about the suggestion for antialiased lines in the automap?

I'd have to read through the GL docs. If it is easy to add I'll do it. If not...
