Hahaha, one can of XS energy drink has 4900% vitamin b12, with no carbs no sugar, and a hella lot of other good things for you. Friend of mine actually distributes this stuff through his business. It's really tasty.

Oh yeah, my addiction is XS as well.

Depends on the vitamin. With Vitamin C and the B vitamins, they just get peed out. The body easily disposes most things like that, except for a select few. Hell, I should know, I've gone threw like half a case of them (like 6 or 7 cans) and felt fine... Little wired, but fine.
