scrolling certain parts of a skybox?

Can you scroll a certain part of a 360degree skybox in GLDEFS?
if not could this be added without much hassle?

Scrolling can be done with Mapinfo. That would rotate the skybox horizontally.
sky1 mysky 1.0
If you mean scrolling for instance a top part of a skybox, you're better off making a custom skybox somewhere within the map.

I've got a map with a scrolling sky, but when I load up my additional SKybox wad with it...

...the sky sits still.
