How do the options at Wadfater work?! When I select "At or under the sea", nothing happens and there is no APPLY or GO button or something... how does this work?!

I can't use the filters at Wadfather either, but now that I'm aiming for realism Terragen + Serious Editor (which I use to render primitve but effective landscapes ;) ) does all the necessary job for me.

Which thread? Ahh.. screw it. What skybox? That ocean for a ship-stage? That's easy. I only need to know the time of the day. The UT Ship (what was it called again?) has a night-time/early morning skybox. Something similair to that? UT skybox's are built in the editor and rendered with skyportals, but reproduction isn't hard.

Yes, exactly, something luke that UT ship, night time, and with the sky colors I placed in this thread in the Stronghold developement forum, also a moon and another planet would be cool :) Here is the link:

(the colored one are my edits, the grey ones ae the originals, maybe you can help here!)

Yea, that has been down for a while(since March I think) The main reason, was that my host stopped offering web hosting, and I lost all my stuff before I could retrieve it. So all the downloads pretty much vanished, and I reuploaded what I had on my system, which didn't include the skyboxes. If I can manage to find another copy of them somewhere, I'll reupload them and let you know.

OK, these may be of use to someone. The DukeNukem Hi-res texture pack has some skyboxes in it so I re-jigged them to work in GZDoom. I particularly like the lunar surface one. I think the fourth one may be based on something from MoHAA, but I'm not sure.

You'll also notice that there is no need to use hirestex to define textures that are to be used this way these days.
