inserting demos
how do you insert a demo in gzdoom?

What an interesting question.
I don't believe you insert it into GZDoom itself.
GZDoom should respond to the -playdemo switch like all the other ports and vanilla do.
If you want a demo to be in a .wad file and play automatically when you open the file. Then make sure the demo name is demo1.lmp and put it into the .wad file as normal.
You could also add the following to your gzdoom.ini file
That way you don't even have to put it in a wad or zip file to work.
But in all honesty,,, I don't know what you want to do with the demo.
