i've been using gzdoom for a while now and i have several questions that i can't seem to find the answers to, so any help would be most appreciated.
1. i'm using the alternative hud with kill/secret count on the hud but would also like to have the kill/secret count on the automap (not the overlayed am). is this possible?
2. i believe it was possible with other source ports to give yourself a powerup, for instance, the computer area map and it would last permanently through the whole duration of the level. (in this case the whole am would be displayed). or if it was the lightamp visor it would stay bright through the whole level. is this possible?
3. is it possible to modify the jump height, or is it understood to just modify the gravity?
@graf zahl: did you know that the fmod dll is up to version 3.7.5 but gzdoom ships with 3.7.4? i've attached it just in case you want it.
Several questions.

1. Not with the alt-hud.
2. The automap already lasts for the whole level, but for the lightamp visor you'll have to give it to yourself every time it runs out. In all honesty, though, I'd suggest just turning up the gamma correction/brightness on your monitor (or in the display options) if you think the game is too dark, since lightamp goggles pretty much destroys any special lighting effects that map authors have set up.
3. There's a console command called SV_Gravity. The default is 800. Lowering it will allow you to jump higher.

i don't know that it matters since i don't know what is new about 3.7.5, but i use it and its kinda annoying having to not overwrite it cuz sometimes i forget and have to copy it back over from somewhere else.
to clarify about my questions...
i knew about gravity but i just didn't know if there was a jump height command or something like it.
as for the am question... i should have been more descriptive. i mean when you use it to reveal items/monsters on the am. it doesn't last the whole level. is there a way to get it to last the whole level?
