Small weapons request

Sorry if this has been requested/done already but I would like to see it.

What I'm looking for is something like Alucard's gun (you know, the guy from Hellsing.). I wouldn't mind a massive handgun like that in doom, even as just a single weapon (would be an ideal "hidden pistol replacement" or something). Can it be done?
