I've been going through, redoing ALL of my sprites for the Star Wars Legacy project.
Things were going along well. I would open up the Jedi Knight II model viewer, pose the model in the stance I wanted, then I would copy the image using CONTROL-C.
In PSPX I would create a canvas with transparent background. I would then paste the new image into this window using CONTROL-SHIFT-E
Life was great back then...
...now for no reason, after pasting over 500 images, it suddenly wants to copy the background color along with the model, when ever I copy and paste into PSPX from the Model Viewer.
The settings int he model viewer are set to ON in order to keep it from copying any on screen text and what not. The background is set to all white as I usually had it, and I have not changed any settings in PSPX.
Anyone got a clue as to why PSPX hates me?
Pasting transparent backgrounds in PSPX

PSPX will treat whatever the secondary color is as the background when you use CTRL+SHIFT+E. So to define the usual cyan color as the background (so PSPX makes it transparent), use the color picker tool and right-click on the background color. Copy your selection again just to make sure, and then paste it like you would.
