High-Res textures question.

I apologize if this has been asked before.

I have every high res texture for all dooms except ultimate doom. My problem is when I extracted them all into the textures folder, Plutonia and TNT sky filenames are all named the same. How can I play all the dooms with sky textures without having to delete the tnt and plutonia ones?
