

Am I doing something wrong here or does GZDoom just not support transparency in models?

The bad lighting in that shot is actually drawn on the textures being used. It is not Doomsday's fault that the texture artist who created them doesn't seem to understand how to paint world textures.That doomsday screenshot looks sort of bad IMO. I don't think it fits into doom due to the hi res textures and werid lighting
