Well, I don't know about the map, but my copies of Winzip, Winrar and Powerarchiver can't extract the WAD files from the zip (blaming an unknown compression method) although the jpg extracts just fine. :?

PKzip also fails on extraction.

The map doesn't run because you didn't put a player start. Didn't you see the error reported in the console? :P

Anyway, this looks to be a huge map. Hopefully it will run smoothly. Doom isn't really meant to handle huge outdoor areas with little visibility blocking...

Doesn't make any difference for me. If I put in a player start it still crashes.

Is there any particular area where it crashes or does it simply not work at all? I added a p1 start and was able to run around the map with no problems at all.

Do you have any WADs auto-loaded?
