Portals and Reflective Floors

Post by Janitor »

is it possible to make reflective floors on top of stacked sectors to create a reflective and translucent water effect? also, is there any way to make reflective deep water with transfer heights?

a)I don't believe so.
b)Yes. It will make the floor of the water "container" reflective too, though. You can use a 3D floor to hide it, however, that will also block the reflection from working properly. Best bet is to find (a way/the proper time) to activate a script to raise and lower the 3D floor depending on whether the player is above or below the water level.
