This is my semi-fixed version of the file. The poly object is wrongly set up. It has a start spot where it needs an anchor. When trying to start the map, I get dropped to the console with an error message (fair enough). However, in GZdoom r229 (not Zdoom or 1.1.5) when I quit, I have a crash dialogue waiting for me at the desktop.
[edit] Doesn't happen every time and I have never had it happen when loading the file from a zip - so try it as a WAD outside the zip which seems to cause the crash more reliably. [/edit]
