I am not going to do that with my logo, in my opinion it doesn't look right.

It's either all case or proper case, for me. If anything, my logo is actually going to step down a bit, not quite as intense effects.

I really like yours better. DS's is just a style that's like really overused. I don't see how people could like that. Yours has more of a Doom theme to it, but I think your use of colors kind of washes that out.

Hmmm... I dunno about the giant GZ that seems to feature in these logos. Less is more IMO. Also, from what I remember, Graf was initially reluctant to call the port GZDoom and considered a name change in the early days. So, perhaps the logos shouting GEEEE ZEEEE* is not the best.

*Could be GEEEE ZEDDD, GEEEE ZETAAA, etc etc

Looks a bit too much like a blue version of the Zdoom one with a G tacked on. Maybe that's fair enough though (and I do prefer it). Funnily enough, because of the font you have chosen, if it just said GZD, it would have very nice symmetry. However, we know that Graf wants the oom.

Here's a thought, does the logo have to feature the name at all? What about a symbol that represents GZdoom? Or the name incorporating (or incorporated in) a symbol? Let's face it logos are often, if not usually, about symbols as much as text. Think of car companies, Pepsi, Lucas Arts...

Any Doom monster would probably just be overused. But it doesn't really have to be Doom. I am not sure what else to put there, though, I've thought about this myself and came up stumped.
