W.T.F? PROBLEM!

i just downloaded GZdoom and the doombuilder config, then tested out the 3D slopes, and the level looks like this for some reason:

the title also has the same texture replacing it when i open GZDoom! whats wrong, and is there a specific nodebuilder i should use with GZDoom?

What kind of graphics card do you have?

ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9700/64MB

it fixes when i change the opengl settings, but if i restart GZDoom with those settings it will do that till i change them again.

EDIT: it only appears to happen while running doombuilder.

The driver seems to be unable to handle multiple OpenGL applications simultaneously.

Doom builder doesn't use opengl...

Does it use D3D? Anyway, there seems to be a clash of resources that keeps the game from working properly.
