r507 Dynamic lights have gone

I'm sure that, given that you are working on dynamic lights ATM, you would come across this sooner or later anyway but with r507 I don't get dynamic lights. lights.pk3 is loaded and lights are enabled but no lights are visible. If I go back to r505 the lights reappear.

Working again. I accidentally removed some code that was necessary for lights to work.
