The newest build seems to suffer from something that was apparent in some of the older SVN builds that was subsequently corrected until now. When I play any level (stock or custom) there would be frequent bouts of massive slowdowns where the frame rate drops to like 1-2 fps. It would last for a few seconds than go back to normal.
There are also random crashes when I'm playing with mods, such as Happy Time Circus 2 or DE. The report has been attached.
